This section has been created to give you a clear & concise overview for the easiest way to purchase any of our groundbreaking stroke prevention and recovery products, easily using this website.
If you want to view and purchase any of our products, the first thing you need to do is to watch the ' Online Store - Video Introduction ' that is only approximately 10 minutes long and will give you clear step-by-step introductions on how to use our e-commerce store on this website.
We would like to encourage all of our customers to take a moment to watch this video introduction and if possible read the other information included in this section, as it will give you the best overview for the easiest way for you to purchase our products.
Also included in this section are many other important purchasing related aspects that you may want to know about purchasing from Stroke Education.
Powerful & Easy-To-Use Online Store
The very best way to order any offer NZ Stroke Education Trust’s products is by using our online secure e-commerce store.
All you need to do is select either INDIVIDUAL or INSTITUTION from the main PURCHASE drop-down menu.
Once you have done this then you can easily access our powerful online stores that give you access to both products you can have physically delivered and products you can immediately download in the DELIVERY & DOWNLOAD sections of the store.
Please take the time to browse through all of the products that are in each section of the store, especially the DOWNLOAD section, using the NEXT & PREV buttons and we are sure that you will be amazed at the range and quality of the stroke recovery and prevention products that we have available.
For many of the products you’ll see a WATCH PREVIEW button, which if you click on it will bring up an instant video lightbox to immediately show you a 30 second or 60second preview of that DVD product.
Sometimes you may see the link ‘ NO PREVIEW ‘ which means that no preview is currently available for that product.
When you have decided on the product that you would like to purchase you simply need to click on the ADD TO CART button and your product will be added to the shopping cart lightbox.
Then you can either continue shopping or if you would like to ‘ checkout ‘ you simply need to press either the CHECKOUT button in the top right-hand corner of the shopping cart lightbox or alternatively the yellow CHECKOUT button in the main store interface.
Then all you need to do is to complete all of your payment details and complete the transaction with PayPal.

Although we strongly recommend to all of our customers that they order our products using our powerful e-commerce stores located on this website, if for some reason you are not able to use a computer system to process your order, we will in this instance accept facsimile orders using the following customized facsimile order sheet.

Order by Telephone / Email
Generally we do not like to take any orders over the telephone or via e-mail, wherever possible.
We like to encourage our customers to use our powerful and secure online store in this website or if for some reason that is not possible, to use the facsimile order sheet above.
If for some reason, you cannot use either the online store or the facsimile order sheet but would still like to order one of our products, please e-mail us directly on the following e-mail address.
Downloadable Products
Once you have completed your order for a downloadable product using our online store and PayPal, you will be immediately sent receipts by e-mail and also links for the download of your downloadable products.
It should be emphasized that the download links that are sent to you will remain active for a maximum of five days or three downloads, which ever is reached first.
If for some reason you need to download a product that you have purchased and the download link in the e-mails that are sent to you have expired, please advise us directly for assistance.
Once you have downloaded the files using the download link, you will see that the file has been packaged with a .zip extension.
This is a standard way off grouping all off the files included in each download together for download delivery.
The easiest way to unzip this file is to right-click on the file itself and then either click open or uncompress.
If for some reason you are experiencing any difficulties unzipping this file, ensure that you have at least Winzip installed.
A free version of this software can be downloaded from the following web address.
Ensure that when you unzip the file that you place all of the included files to a location on your computer that keeps them separate and organized and you can remember where they are.
When you have unzipped the file you will see a similar group of files as illustrated below.
To then watch the DVD product that you ordered you simply need to click on the following file :

Once you click on this file the DVD product will then launch in the browser window and automatically start playing.
Note : As all of NZ Stroke Educations Trust DVD products use Flash Video ( .flv ) if your system does not already have it installed you may need to click on the link below and install flash.
Product Delivery
All of the products that are physically delivered when you place your order with Stroke Education, will be immediately shipped the next day using DHL Global Mail couriers and will be delivered in approximately 2-3 weeks.
Shipping is automatically added to your order. You will see these details in the checkout page and is currently set at US$30 for overseas shipments by DHL Global Mail and at US$10 for shipments by NZ Courier Mail within New Zealand.
